Dates are reserved only after full payment has been recieved.

Payments

Payment is accepted by bank transfer only and must be received prior to picking up the garment.

Bonds

A $90 bond is required for interstate hires only. It will be refunded within 2-3 business days after inspection, provided the garment is in original condition. If unauthorised alterations or repairs are made, or if extra cleaning or repairs are needed, costs will be deducted from the bond.

Dry Cleaning

Dry cleaning is included in the hire price. SAS Rentals will handle all cleaning—please do not attempt to clean the garment yourself.

Pick Ups/Drop off

Conveniently located on Sydney’s Lower North Shore in Mosman. Exact location and details will be provided 24 hours before try-ons and pick ups. Rentals are for a 3-day period: pick up the day before your event and return the day after.

Damages

If an item is damaged beyond repair, the full retail price will be charged. Please note that all rentals are pre-loved pieces that may show minimal signs of wear from previous use. Refunds or discounts will not be provided for minor, expected wear on second-hand garments.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the rental start date, you’ll receive a full refund. For cancellations made 3-6 days before the rental date, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 2 days of the rental date will not be refunded.
